The Speedpixel Ventures team spent a whole day at Jumpstarter 2025, one of Asia’s premier startup and technology conferences hosted by Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund, to engage with founders, investors, and industry leaders shaping the future of innovation. Organized around the theme of “Leadership in the AI Era”, the event brought together global startups, scaleups, and over 80 thought leaders to explore how artificial intelligence and sustainability are converging to drive real‑world impact.

From our perspective, the depth of AI innovation on display was promising. A significant portion of the finalists presented AI‑driven solutions across healthcare, fintech, commerce, and mobility, with many nearing commercial deployment. The panel discussions reinforced a key insight we continue to observe: AI is no longer experimental—it is transitioning into essential infrastructure integrated into core operations.

Equally important was the emphasis on responsible and ethical AI, with industry leaders highlighting the need for governance, transparency, and sustainability alongside technological advancement. For investors, this signals a shift toward backing companies that pair strong AI capabilities with clear societal and economic value.
